REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
How to start a return or exchange
Simply email us at customerservice@loudbrandstudios.com with your order number and the item details. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
What items can be returned?
- Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging, with tags still attached.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odours, stains, make-up marks, rips, or tears.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements.
Items that are non-returnable
- Sale items all discounted items are final sale.
- Swimwear and gift cards (for hygiene reasons)
Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days (UK) or 10 days (international) of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Can I exchange instead of a refund?
Yes. If you need a different size or style, email us within 10 days. Once your original item is received and approved, we’ll send your exchange. Customers cover the cost of return shipping.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a credit note, which can be used towards any future purchase. Store credits are processed within 5–7 business days.
Each piece at Loudbrandstudios is carefully handmade in-house, with many crafted from recycled materials. Because of this, we encourage mindful purchasing.
